@jdbdakdak neither… i count em right, that i’m sure of, my fat intake is higher than normal people because i always add more fat to what i eat of course its the good fats i use, oil when i eat eggs or butter when i do eat bread etc.. i went to a nutrition expert with this problem once he didn’t know what to do, cause hell i’m not going to eat more than now, thats impossible for me

@MrJoffe95 you might be counting calories incorrectly. that or you’re doing it with a high fat % instead of with protein and carbs, if ur in excess with fats you’ll just pass it through your system.

i’ve a question about the calories part; So, i did the formula thing and according to it i need 3000 calories a day. So my question is, can i get a part of those 3000 from the weight gain powders ( cause they give like 500 cal. per 250ml ) , even when i don’t work out that day ?

@RileyKiLLaH
Probably to do with your metabolism mate, i’m the same but smaller (5’10) just keep pleanty of protein. I suggest going on google and looking for protein rich foods. Eat the protein and work out

@tahoe41000 haha dont eat junk food! eat things with natural fats; eggs, nuts, etc. if you want to get fat eat junk food. dont forget to look into getting decent amounts of protein and carbs as well.

@MrBkreal rice give you more energy for your workout rather than mass to build, if you mix rice and some fat food with protein you got a good start of gaining

I got your Blueprint last night.IVe been looking for something like this. I didnt know how to figure all that out with the foods, and planning. You have made it so easy for me to get on a schedule and stick to it . Just knowing I have a plan now is going to make reaching my goals so much easier.Thanks.

@MrJakobBrown you dident read the guy i was replying to’s comment did ya? the point i was makeing is… its easier for fat guys to lose weight and gain muscle than it is for a skinny guy to gain weight and gain muscle.

Reply

MrJakobBrown January 11, 2012 at 1:18 am

@trueshadow64 You’re missing the point. If you’re wanting to gain weight it is absolutely essential to be eating as much good food as you possibly can. Eating less and exercising more will not bulk you up , quite the opposite.
