Easiest thing without equipment are push ups on your fist (with towel or something under because they can hurt.) At the most half a foot apart. Works wonders on the inner chest. Especially mixed with incline pushups.
Some researches show that you build the same amount on upper chest by doing regular bench as in incline, and that the only difference is that by doing incline you loose much of the build you would get on the other parts of the chest…
And I’ve also heard that decline is even more effective than both regular and incline… feels right when lifting decline that the whole chest is working (more than when incline)

@TheImrankhan09 its easy, whenever you exercise, you must breath correctly. when you lift up weihgt you breath out, when you are lifting down you breat in. this is important for your body and ludges. if you do this, your body will be thankful.

It’s. Not to high if ur doing shoulders with chest and tris. I start with the decline the. Go flat then move up higher for each set then back down.
