What are the best Supplements i should consider? My friends say creatin sucks and that i should go more towards natural wey. Whats my best option, oh and btw im doing p90x<br />

<p><i>Answer by fitin2shape</i><br/>First of all the best way to gain that much lean muscle is through a good diet high in protein and whole grain carbs. Supplements only work if you have a good foundation to build on. As far as the supplements i would say that the top 2 that you should be taking are 1) Whey Protein 2) Creatine. Creatine is a natural hormone in your body that aids in the recovery and building of your muscles. It Truly does work, but if you are under the age of 18 i would say just the whey protein and a good diet. Hoped that helped for you to stay fit and 2 stay in shape.</p>

If you are tryin to gain mass and you find yourself not growing, is it neccessary to like go on a lower calorie diet and let your body get adopted to that and then go back to high calorie diet after a few weeks to shock your body to promote growth? I heard some people say they do this but is this worth a try?</p>

<p>Just eat more and lift heavier weights.</p>

Bill Kazmaier will be an announcer for bodybuilding and power lifting competitions at the Arnold along with promoting his Weight Gainer shot. <p>Bill Kazmaier is the former reigning Worlds Strongest Man from 1980, 1981 and 1982. He has held several world records in power lifting. Most recently, he has been the commentator on ESPN for World&#8217;s Strongest Man broadcasts. In 2006, Bill Kazmaier joined the Protica Research team as a sales liaison and industry consultant. Since that time Protica began developing a product that was formulated to meet Kazmaiers nutritional requirements for strong man training.</p>
